We aim to process all domestic orders within 3 business days.
For overseas orders, please allow more time or contact us for an estimate on shipping dates.
Made to order pieces may take up to two weeks to ship.
Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post parcel with tracking number.
Overseas orders sent without tracking, please contact us if you would like to add this to your order.
We currently only accept online payments through Paypal, if you would like to pay via bank transfer please email us and we can arrange it for you.
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the items are not worn, altered, washed or damaged; and all tags must remain in place. If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days at the customers’ expense. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
